Trisha Hawthorne-Noble
Trisha Hawthorne-Noble, founder of NobleDreamers alongside her Husband Dwayne Noble, is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's of Social Work; She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Connecticut. She is also a former UConn Student-Athlete standout in Track and Field as an all-American and 16x big east champion, one of the most decorated athletes in Big East History. Additionally, she is a former post-Collegiate / Professional Athlete, representing Team Jamaica.Throughout her athletic career, she was diagnosed with a rare muscle disease that could have caused significant life/health issues; however, she continued to compete and pursue her passions, which led her on a pathway of engaging with, educating, and empowering others.

Trisha has over ten years of experience working in higher education with students, athletes, and community partners, focusing on leadership, professional, personal, and service development. Additionally, Trisha has built and designed multiple leadership and career development programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She continues to strive to engage and offer educational services to others.

Trisha has been a motivational and keynote speaker at numerous events and conferences across diverse populations. She also manages a (501c3) organization based in New York that serves the homeless population and advocates for historically marginalized populations.
